1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
Terms of sale
1.2 Made to order items
All the products listed on this website are based on the made to order sales basis. Meaning each item needs to be manufactured and shipped to you. Hence a minimum of 2 weeks is required for an order to be manufactured and prepared for shipping.
Under some circumstances, such as when a bespoke item is ordered by a customer, when the moulds and production line for the item you have ordered is not free or in use, for some bigger orders, such as a full body kit, the manufacturing time could be as long as 8 weeks.
1.3 Cancellations are only acceptable when we are informed within 24 hours from the moment the item is purchased and paid for. When an order is cancelled, our bank and card payment processing system will charge us a cancellation fee. To cover the fees any sales and cancellations occurs, we will charge our customers a sum equivalent to 3.5% of the purchased price as cancellation fee.
1.4 We accept returns for damaged goods only, before signing for a delivery you must check inside the package and make sure the item received is in good order. If you received an item damaged, then kindly inform us straightaway and arrange for return and replacement where appropriate.
Due to the nature of the body kit and the products we sell and the fact they are made to order, meaning each item is made specifically to the customer's requirement, we do not accept returns if the customer realises the part was purchased in mistake or not suitable or compatible with his/her car.
1.5 We guarantee your satisfaction with our 100% money back guarantee if the item you received is not as described or defected in any ways.
Our refund and satisfaction guarantee, however, does not apply to "Made To Order" items due to the nature of these products, we make and supply these items according to your chosen material and finish, therefore if an item ordered by mistake or when items purchased are no longer desired, we are not able to offer refund.
1.6 What makes DIZELL even more special is the fact that we offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping.

Body Kit fitment
1.7 Body Kits are aftermarket parts and the word "aftermarket" does NOT mean a perfect factory OEM fit product. There will be imperfections no matter how cheap or how expensive the parts are, which is why it is best that you take your vehicle to a body shop that knows how to handle this type of work.
We carefully select every single supplier for every single part we supply and every single item we sell, and it is initially test fitted to the car. Only after each part has passed the test fitting step, it finds its way into our shop.
Because of that, we do not accept customer claiming the part does not fit or it has a poor fitment! If it didn't fit or it fitted badly, then we wouldn't have allowed the item to enter our product range at all!
